Ash-Mount Farm is proud to offer a clean, safe boarding facility for your horse at
a reasonable rate. We offer the highest quality care for your horse. Located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, our 24 acre farm is the perfect place to get away with your horse. Our facility is still under construction, but we do have space available in our newly built 30’ x 72’ barn.
Our boarding fee is $350.00 per month.
Boarders will have access to the following amenities:
- 12’ x 12’ box stalls - each stall includes rubber mats, box fan,
swing out hay feeder, grain bin, heated water bucket
- Daily Turnout – horses are kept in during inclement weather
- 60’ x 120’ outdoor fenced in riding area – good footing
- 12’ x 20’ pavilion with picnic tables
- Access to riding trails (currently under construction)
- Clean well-maintained facility
- Laid back, friendly, family atmosphere
- Trailer parking
Our goal is to treat your horse as though you were taking care of them
The owners reside on property and your horse will receive 24/7 care. Your horse will be fed, watered and the stalls cleaned each day. We feed good quality Timothy mix hay and Agway products.
Current Negative Coggins and recent immunization records must be made available.
The price for boarding includes hay, grain and shavings.
* Additional Charges will be added for the following;
- Special feeds, medications, emergencies or special services
- Administering meds – if the meds can be added to your horses feed, there is no
additional charge. Other services will be charged according to the services
administered.
- Hay is currently $3.75 - $4.00 / bale, which is included in the board. If you choose
to feed your horse alfalfa, you must provide it, as well as a storage bag that can be
completely zipped all the way around.
